Controller and address

GRUPO MANBEA, S.C. is responsible for processing data collected for enquiries addressed to the firm. Address: Cuauhtémoc, Ciudad de México 06500. Privacy contact: mblanco@manbea.com.mx.

Data and purposes

The form requests company or registered business name, name, email, optional phone, service area and a brief description. It also records consent to processing and a receipt reference. These details are used to identify, record, assess and handle the enquiry, coordinate potential professional contact and manage follow-up.

The public form does not request documents, identification, sensitive data or confidential case information. Do not include third-party data. Making contact does not establish a representation file or an engagement.

Retention and access

Enquiries older than 180 days from receipt are excluded from system queries and exports. Physical deletion takes place in the next access cycle that triggers cleanup; there is no scheduled cleanup independent of system use. Access to records is restricted to authorised personnel. Any subsequent engagement will have its own file, purposes and retention periods, explained when its scope is established.

Infrastructure, security and measurement

Hosting and intake infrastructure uses Sites and Cloudflare. Technology providers process the information needed to deliver those services and may operate infrastructure outside Mexico. We do not sell data or automatically add it to campaigns, newsletters or advertising profiles.

The site does not use visit analytics or track referring pages. The administrative panel displays only operational counts of enquiries and article management, without tracking cookies. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are not incorporated. Abuse prevention uses a hash-derived identifier from the IP address: it expires after 24 hours and is purged upon subsequent system access. The application does not retain the plain IP address in that record; providers may process technical connection data to operate their infrastructure.

The form uses validation and abuse controls. A reference appears only when the service confirms registration. It does not mean an email was sent or guarantee a response, acceptance of the matter or a legal outcome.

Rights, withdrawal and restrictions

For access, rectification, cancellation, objection, withdrawal of consent or restrictions on use, write to mblanco@manbea.com.mx. Provide your name, reply channel and the data or right concerned. Identity verification will be arranged securely; do not attach identification to the public form. For ARCO requests, a determination will be communicated within 20 working days and, where applicable, implemented within the following 15, subject to statutory extensions.

External channels and updates

Email, Gmail and WhatsApp links are voluntary options. Using them involves external services governed by their own notices and terms. This site does not import your contacts or send messages on your behalf.

Changes to processing will be communicated by updating this notice and its date. Additional marketing purposes will not be applied without the appropriate information and authorisation.
